Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers in the Bruce & Shirley online store. By placing an order you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping & Delivery policy and our Returns & Refunds policy.
2. Seller
This store trades as Bruce & Shirley. Full business details (legal name, address and registration number) are provided on request via our Contact page.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include GST where applicable. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.
4. Formation of the contract
The purchase agreement is concluded when you receive our order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the case of an obvious pricing error or unavailable stock, with a full refund.
5. Delivery
Delivery takes place as described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Stated delivery times are estimates.
6. Returns
You have the benefit of our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. The full conditions are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under applicable consumer law.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of your order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Complaints
If something isn't right, contact us first via our Contact page — we aim to respond within 5 business days and to resolve every complaint fairly. If you are in Australia and we can't resolve the issue together, you can contact your local consumer protection agency (such as the ACCC or your state's fair trading office).
10. Governing law
For consumers in Australia, these terms do not exclude the application of the Australian Consumer Law, and you always retain the protections of the mandatory consumer law of your place of residence.
