Returns & Refunds

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a piece isn't right for you, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to return or exchange it — including sale items, and no lengthy explanations needed. Returns are refunded in full.

2. Condition of returned items

Items should be returned unworn, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging. You're welcome to try a piece on the way you would in a shop. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are unworn — unless they are faulty.

3. How to return

Contact us first via our Contact page with your order number. We'll send you simple return instructions and the correct return address. Please don't post anything back before you've received these instructions.

4. Return shipping

Return postage is at your own cost, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect — in that case the return is on us. We recommend using tracked postage, as we can't process a return that doesn't reach us and can't be traced.

5. Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.

6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible — a photo and a short description help us fix it quickly. We'll sort it out at our cost: replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

7. Optional Lifetime Warranty

If you added the optional Lifetime Warranty to an item, we will replace that item if it ever tarnishes, bends or breaks, for as long as you own it. This warranty is in addition to — and does not limit — your statutory rights.

8. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
